LIQZH high-flow cartridges, pure hydraulic power

Specifically designed for the most extreme applications, in order to precisely control small flows during the low-speed phase and achieve full flow rate with maximum control stability during the high-speed phase, new LIQZH servocartridges compared to LIQZP 2-way cartridges offer:

• flow rate increased by 50%÷70% allowing to downsize the cartridge dimensions
• response times 30÷40% faster, characteristic appreciated in die casting or fast forging presses
• new rugged main stage transducer with anti-cavitation design and compact dimensions to reduce cartridge overall height
• optional damping plate between pilot valve and on-board driver, to reduce mechanical stress on electronic components, which increase cartridge life in application with high vibrations and shocks
