Information on the processing of personal data
In compliance with art. No.13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter "GDPR"), Atos spa provides you with the following information on the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Atos spa, with registered office in Via Passione 2 / A - 20122 Milan, N. of Registration at Company Register MI 510576, VAT Number 00778630152 (hereinafter, "Company" or "Data Controller").
2. Purpose of the processing, legal basis and terms of preservation
2.1 The personal data provided by you through the form are available in order to respond to your information request.
The processing of personal data for this purpose does not require your consent as the legal basis is contractual. The data will be kept for the time necessary to reply to you.
2.2 By your authorization, the personal data you provide may be used to allow and manage your registration at Company's promotional newsletter, for sending communications and promotional offers relating to the products offered by the Company and / or notification of events such as fairs and congresses, with automated methods of contact (e-mail).
The legal basis for such processing is consent (optional and revocable at any time).
In the absence of your consent, your data will not be processed for the purposes referred in paragraph 2.2. The data will be retained until you request to scind the consent given.
2.3 The personal data provided by you through the form, including your identification and contact details, address, email address, CV information and photograph, will used for the purpose of recruiting the candidate and/or entering into a work contact. The Legal Basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or taking steps prior to entering into a contract. The data will be stored for the period of time required in order to complete the activities related to the recruitment of the candidate and, in any case, for no longer than twenty-four months from collection, except where a work relationship is indeed established.
2.4 Use of Personal Data for Webinar Registration
Purpose: organization of webinar in which you are interested, distribution of operative indications and eventual credentials to access the registration of the event, transmission of updates on similar events organized by the Data controller.
Legal basis: art. 6 lett. b) GDPR: the data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract / service of which the interested party is involved. The sending of updates on similar events organized by the Data controller takes place according to the principle of legitimate interest (Article 6 letter f)
Data retention period: up to the request for cancellation of data by the interested party.
Nature of the conferment: necessary to pursuit the purposes indicated. Failure to provide data impairs the provision of services.
3. Provision of personal data
The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to paragraph 2.1 is necessary to answer to your requests.
The provision of your personal data according to paragraph 2.2 is only necessary to receive the promotional newsletter. Your possible refusal and / or the provision of incorrect and / or incomplete information would make it impossible to register / subscribe to the Company’s newsletter.
4. Categories of data’s recipients
Your personal data will be processed by employees and / or collaborators of the controller who have received adequate operating instructions and who have been expressly authorized to process.
Your data may be disclosed to individuals, independent data controllers such as authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, subjects, public or private, entitled to request / receive data.
Your data may be processed by external parties expressly designated as data controllers, and in particular by subjects that carry out processing operations on behalf of the Company and have received adequate instructions such as companies responsible for maintenance / management of the website and of the electronic and / or telematic tools used by the Company; or company managing the registration and / or sending the newsletter.
5. Rights of the interested party
The Data Subject can ask the Data Controller to access the data concerning him / her, their deletion, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided by art. 18 GDPR, as well as the opposition pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, for reasons related to their particular situation, in the hypothesis of treatment based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
At any time, the Data Subject may object to the processing for the direct marketing purposes of the Data Controller.
If data processing is based on authorization or contract and is performed with automated tools, the Data Subject has the right to receive his / her data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another Data Controller without impediments.
