Company foundation

Cinisello Balsamo – Milan, 500 m² plant

New 5.000 m² plant under roof.

New 4.000 m² plant

in Modena for cylinders production.

The valves production was gradually moved to Sesto Calende, Varese, later expanded up to 24.000 m².

The first daughter companies were established in Germany, France and Spain.

A participation of the Foundry “Fonderia F.lli Perucchini spa” was acquired in 1983

Daughter companies were established in USA, UK and Netherlands.

Atos awarded ISO 9001 certification.

Atos China branch was established.

New workshop was established in Sesto Calende for CNC mechanical machining.

Atos branches in India, Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Korea, Ukraine and Poland were established.

FPA Inc. was established in 2002 to act as Atos North America master distributor

Wato joint-venture was established in Haimen/Jangsu province – China

producing conventional valves for Chinese market.

The control of Perucchini spa foundry was acquired.

Wato joint-venture ceased its operations. The new fully owned Atos Shanghai Hydraulics Co. Ltd. was established

Atos Shanghai Hydraulics Co. Ltd. moved to the new 8.000 m² plant.

Atos acquired full FPA Inc. ownership

and renamed it “Atos North America”.

Trivi srl (Industrial Bakery) becomes part of the Group

Atos Induction srl was established, focusing on innovative heating systems.
Raccorderie TAA spa was acquired for fittings production.

Scoda Srl company was incorporated as Atos systems division.
Atos India Hydraulics Private Limited was established with a new 1.000 m² plant in Ahmedabad.

New Filters division was established.

Atos sells Perucchini spa foundry to the C2MAC Group, acquiring an ownership share
