Wato was established as a joint venture with Haimen Youweili Hydraulic Industry for the production and sale of high-quality hydraulic components in China

Wato joint venture was dissolved and Atos Shanghai was established as a wholly owned company

New plant Atos Shanghai

The entire valve production
has been converted to digital electronics

FPA Inc. acquired and renamed
as Atos North America
